IT Support

IT Support Key Performance Area:1. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues2. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices3. Installations of projectors and smart board4. Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and internet connectivity problems5. Maintain and update systems, antivirus software, and security patches6. Support classroom/office IT infrastructure, including projectors and smart boards7. Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions8. Maintain IT inventory and documentation of issues and resolutions9. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades10. Ensure data backup procedures and basic cybersecurity practices are followed Academic Background:1. Diploma / Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field2. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk (freshers may apply)3. Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and office productivity tools4. Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration5. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices is an advantage Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk

Candidate Profile:1. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills2. Good communication and customer service abilities3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks4. Attention to detail and documentation skills5. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Language Proficiency:Essential: Proficiency in language of the state/ district areas as mother tongue with comfort level of reporting in English Desirable: Any other language that is spoken or used in the geography or for management where certain degree of proficiency may be desirable

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
