Company Description Bandhan - Center for Excellence in Microfinance Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty / Trainer - Microfinance located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Faculty / Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs on microfinance principles, practices, and products. The role includes preparing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing training needs, and providing continuous learning opportunities for the staff. The Faculty / Trainer will also work to improve the financial literacy of clients and support ongoing education initiatives within the organization. Qualifications Experience in Microfinance, Financial Inclusion, and Rural Banking Skills in Training Delivery, Training Program Development, and Workshop Facilitation Knowledge of Financial Products, Risk Management, and Compliance Good Communication (English / Bengali / Hindi) and Interpersonal skills Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build effective relationships Experience in education or training roles is a plus
