Job Description

As an IT Support Analyst at our company, your role will involve handling incoming voice support for US customers who are facing issues with system performance, applications, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: - Answer calls from US customers and provide solutions for issues related to operating systems, email, MS Office, and network devices. - Record tickets accurately and update resolution details in the CRM system. - Promote and sell technical service plans when applicable. Qualifications Required: - Excellent spoken English skills. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support. - Comfortable working night shifts and proficient in system-based troubleshooting. Please note that the work location for this role is in person at Mohali, with a night shift schedule as a full-time, permanent position.,
