Roles and Responsibilities : Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner. Manage tickets using ticketing tools to track progress and ensure SLA compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Job Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field. Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in managing tickets using various ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk). Ability to work under pressure to meet SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
