IT Support Analyst

You will be responsible for managing system updates, providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and analyzing business data. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, software updates, networking, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: IT Support & System Maintenance: - Installing, updating, and troubleshooting software and applications on company systems. - Providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. - Ensuring system security and performing regular maintenance checks. Network & Data Management: - Monitoring and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. - Assisting in setting up and managing LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections. - Backing up and recovering data as required. Data Analysis & Reporting: - Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data for decision-making. - Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics. - Identifying trends and insights from data to improve operational efficiency. Back Office IT Operations: - Managing user accounts, permissions, and IT assets. - Maintaining documentation of IT processes, software licenses, and troubleshooting guides. - Collaborating with other departments for IT-related improvements. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support and data analysis. Skills: - Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, MS Office, and networking basics. - Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel (advanced), or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus). - Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues efficiently. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
