Job Description

Role Overview:

The IT Solutions Operations Coordinator will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of IT solutions and services. The role involves supporting IT projects, monitoring system performance, liaising between technical teams and business users, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support IT solutions deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
Monitor system performance, incidents, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
Act as a point of contact between IT teams and business users to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Support IT project management activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
Assist in training users on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
Track and report operational metrics, service levels, and KPIs.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
