Job Description

As an experienced IT sales professional at Yiron Technologies Pvt Ltd, your role will involve identifying target customer organizations and key decision-makers in the market. You will be responsible for presenting the company's capabilities to customers, aiding them in evaluating solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Your duties will include lead generation, identifying leads, conveying value propositions, creating customer presentations and proposals, and fostering client relationships. Collaboration with internal teams to convert prospects and build a strong lead pipeline will be essential. Additionally, you will establish partnerships, drive channel sales, and address customer problem areas through technical discussions and the preparation of techno-commercial proposals tailored to their requirements. Ensuring recurring business from existing accounts and managing key accounts through commercial negotiation will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake market research to identify target customer organizations and key decision-makers - Contact customers to showcase company capabilities and assist in evaluating solutions - Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to building client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to convert prospects and establish a robust lead pipeline - Establish partnerships, drive channel sales, and address customer requirements through technical discussions - Ensure recurring business from existing accounts and manage key accounts through commercial negotiation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in international IT sales - Experience in selling IT services and packaged solutions such as ERP, CRM, and eCommerce solutions - Accountable individual with a proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision - Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals successfully - Ability to nurture and expand future business opportunities - Proficiency in proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel for field visits to meet prospects and customers,
