IT Service Desk Team Lead (Male) with minimum 2 years of experience, responsible for managing and ensuring SLA compliance, asset management, and detailed reporting. Provides expert hardware and desktop support, including Windows and desktop troubleshooting. Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, antivirus solutions, biometric systems, Active Directory user management, and EDR tools. Leads and mentors the service desk team to deliver timely IT support, improve service quality, and maintain operational efficiency in a dynamic IT environment. Strong communication and leadership skills essential.
