  • Service Desk Workflow Optimization & Automation
  • Windows OS / macOS troubleshooting
  • ISP, Hardware support
  • LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams support
  • Active Directory and Group Policy basics
  • Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • ITIL/CCNA
