Job Description

Lead the implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of SAP EHS solutions to en-sure effective management of employee health and safety by taking responsibility for plan-ning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and EHS departments to align SAP EHS implementation with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimi-zation of SAP EHS modules to meet the specific needs of our organization.
Perform detailed configuration and customization of SAP EHS modules, ensuring alignment with organizational health and safety protocols and compliance standards.
Analyze current health and safety processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and integration within SAP EHS.
Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for the deployment and operation of SAP EHS solutions.
Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis through SAP EHS to support strategic decision-making related to employee health and safety.
Support daily operations related to our EHS solution, ensuring seamless system functional-ity
Resolve incident tickets and service requests; coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.
