Position Overview JLL is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Lead specializing in civil and interior construction to drive project execution and technical excellence across our diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership and Project Execution Lead the technical delivery of civil and interior construction projects, providing expert guidance on design development, construction methodologies, and quality standards. Drive project execution from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring technical specifications are met and construction processes align with project objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty trades to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum. Facilitate design coordination meetings, review shop drawings and submittals, and ensure seamless integration between civil infrastructure and interior systems.
Project Team Development Mentor and guide project coordinators, assistant project managers, and junior staff members, sharing technical expertise and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning while building team capabilities in both civil and interior construction disciplines.
Quality Control and Standards Compliance Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections, review construction documentation, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and JLLs quality standards. Champion best practices in construction administration and project delivery.
Client Interface and Problem Resolution Serve as technical advisor to clients, providing expertise on construction methods, material selections, and design optimization. Proactively identify potential issues and develop creative solutions that balance technical requirements, budget constraints, and schedule demands.
Required Qualifications Education and Professional Background Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical discipline required. Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred. Continuing education in emerging construction technologies and methods highly valued.
Technical Experience 7-10 years of progressive experience in civil and interior construction project delivery, with demonstrated expertise in both disciplines. Strong background in infrastructure development, site utilities, structural systems, and interior fit-out including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
Construction Knowledge Deep understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and building systems integration. Experience with diverse project types including corporate headquarters, mixed-use developments, retail spaces, and institutional facilities. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building standards.
Leadership and Communication Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus among diverse project stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences. Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with track record of developing junior staff.

Interior Systems Space planning optimization, MEP systems integration, architectural finishes coordination, furniture and equipment installation, and code compliance for interior environments. Knowledge of workplace design trends and flexible space solutions valued.
Project Delivery Methods Experience with various delivery methods including design-bid-build, design-build, and integrated project delivery. Understanding of contract structures, risk allocation, and project procurement strategies.
