Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Lead to drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation, nurturing, and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions or technology sales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing inside sales teams and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create targeted campaigns and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT products or services.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate value propositions effectively.
