Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales professional with 3–5 years of experience in B2B IT sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, generating leads, and building strong client relationships in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT domain through various channels (cold calling, networking, email campaigns, etc.)

• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT products or services accordingly.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

• Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales team to design customized solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: 3+ years in IT sales leadership roles (SaaS, cloud, IT services, or software sales)

Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred)

Skills:

* Strong B2B IT sales expertise

* Deep understanding of IT sales cycles, Saas, and cloud solutions

* Excellent leadership and negotiation skills

* Data-driven decision-making and use of sales analytics tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
