Job Title: IT Sales – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Indore (Field Sales with local travel)
Salary: 30k-40k
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Bank Days of working

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Sales – Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting IT products and services. This role requires a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector through cold calls, meetings, and networking.
• Visit clients within Indore and nearby areas to present products/services and build relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and business leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in IT sales / business development / field sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel locally within Indore for client meetings.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
