IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT products, software, or services.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (0–1 years for executive level) in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services (hardware, software, cloud, networking, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings when required.
