Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Business Growth Executive & Business Development Executive who can drive lead generation efforts, manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and build strong relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, tech, and smart client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline via research, cold outreach, and networking.
• Pitch customized IT solutions for web and mobile development based on client needs.
• Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with prospects.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
• Maintain CRM entries and update lead status regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Must-Have Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional networking.
• Ability to explain technical services in simple language.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated approach to sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
