Job Description

Hiring: IT Sales Executive (Field Sales B2B) Location: Baner, Pune Experience: 12 Years in Field Sales (B2B preferred) CTC: Based on experience + Travel Allowance + Incentives About ValueDx: At ValueDx, we help businesses transform through smart IT solutions. Were expanding our sales team and looking for experienced, self-driven Field Sales Executives who can take ownership of lead generation and deal closures in the Pune market. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and identify potential B2B clients for IT products & solutions • Meet clients on-site, give product demos, and pitch customized solutions • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress • Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, pricing, and solution alignment • Maintain accurate records in CRM • Participate in local marketing activities or events as needed Requirements • 12 years of field sales experience (preferably B2B/IT sales) • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills • Willingness to travel within Pune (Travel/petrol allowance provided) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Tech-savvy with ability to grasp IT product offerings • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred What We Offer • Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Travel/petrol allowance for field visits • Supportive, high-energy work environment • Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling tech company • Regular training on products and sales strategies
