Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via email, LinkedIn, Zoom info, calls & other channels
• Pitch IT services & SaaS solutions to prospective clients
• Manage end-to-end client communication & relationship building
• Convert leads into opportunities & close deals
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities & follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal tech & delivery teams
• Work with freelance platforms like Upwork, Feelancer, Zoho, fever etc.

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of inbound & outbound leads
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Knowledge of freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fever & tools like Zoho CRM
