As an IT Recruiter at our company, your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle for IT positions across various levels. Your responsibilities will include understanding job requirements, creating sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, evaluating and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining hiring activity reports, and ensuring effective communication with candidates throughout the process. Additionally, organic sourcing is preferred for candidate acquisition. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and timelines. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Good time management and multitasking ability. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
