Key Responsibilities Source and attract IT candidates using job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and role requirements Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Understand technical roles such as software developers, system administrators, and data analysts Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records Communicate job offers and assist with onboarding processes Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Required Skills Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate resumes and technical profiles Organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Negotiation and decision-making abilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
