Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding hiring needs, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain a talent pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment activities. Preferred candidate profile Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders Skills in understanding hiring needs and developing job descriptions Knowledge of maintaining a talent pipeline and providing recruitment updates Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the technology industry is required.
