IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Work on
C2H
,
contract
, and
permanent
hiring requirements.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking.
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify the right talent fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage the recruitment tracker.
Negotiate salary, rates, and terms of employment for C2H roles.
Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience
as an
IT Recruiter
, preferably with
C2H hiring exposure
.
Strong understanding of
IT skills
, technologies, and job market trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals and social media recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with
US or Indian clients
.
Knowledge of
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and recruitment tools.
Prior experience in
vendor management
or
client coordination
is a plus.
