Job Role - IT Recruiter - IT Recruitment, Lateral Hiring, Leadership Hiring, Niche Hiring

Experience - 3+ Years

Job Location - Mumbai - Andheri & Bangalore -Bannerghata - WFO

Role & responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position job opportunities.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
Candidate must be available for F2F interview

Qualifications:
3 Year+ of experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building relationships.
