🎯 IT Recruiter - Technical Hiring Specialist

We're seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and drive hiring for critical technical positions. If you have a proven track record of closing top tech talent, this opportunity is for you!

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and close SAP Consultants (various modules)

• Recruit skilled .NET Developers for enterprise projects

• Identify and hire Java Developers with strong technical expertise

• Recruit Full Stack Developers proficient in modern tech stacks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers

• Ensure quality hires within defined timelines

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill requirements

• Proven ability to close positions quickly

• Experience with C2H hiring models

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Active network of tech professionals

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools

🎓 Qualification:

• Any Graduate (IT/CSE/BCA preferred)
