Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for IT contract staffing (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
Understand client requirements (CTS) and deliver profiles within stipulated timelines.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Handle
bulk hiring / niche skill hiring
for CTS requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

15 years
of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on
contract staffing.
Prior experience handling
CTS client hiring
will be a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of
IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high productivity.
Immediate joiners only.
