Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external ones (candidates).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
