Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external ones (candidates).

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
