Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment life cycle
for IT contract positions.
Source and screen candidates through various channels
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
.
Understand client requirements and create relevant sourcing strategies.
Conduct
initial screening and assessment
of candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate
interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation
with candidates.
Maintain and update the
candidate database
and daily recruitment tracker.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality submissions.
Work closely with the business team to ensure alignment with project needs and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience
in
IT contract staffing / IT recruitment
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
IT skills, technologies, and job roles
(e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.).
Experience working with
major job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in
vendor management / client coordination
.
Exposure to
MS Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with attention to detail.
