The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also need excellent communication skills to interact with potential candidates and internal stakeholders. Profile Summary: Position IT Recruiter Experience 1 to 6 Years Location Jaipur/ Noida -62 Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Job-Type - Fulltime/ Permanent Preferred Skills: 1-6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in C2H hiring . Proven experience hiring for technologies like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, CIS and Fullstack Development . Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Hirist, etc.). Expertise in screening technical candidates through interviews and assessment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and candidate negotiations. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or Computer.
