Role - Senior Analyst - IT Recruitment.

Location - Airoli - Navi Mumbai

Joining - Immediate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in technology hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies for tech roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic talent solutions.
Sourcing Strategy:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards; analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Architects, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, HackerRank).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
