IT Recruiter

You will be working as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter located in Noida Sector 4. Your work timings will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. The role requires either Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience and a qualification of MBA. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers and clients to comprehend their staffing needs for permanent or contract-to-hire positions. You will source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Managing the complete recruitment process, from initial candidate interaction to offer negotiation and onboarding, will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for present and future hiring requirements will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location will be in person with a day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning.,
