Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment life cycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT requirements, sourcing strategies, and market trends to identify and attract top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for various roles
• Source and attract candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed,shine), social media, and internal databases
• Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews with the internal team
• Manage job postings and candidate pipeline across all hiring platforms
• Coordinate offer discussions, negotiate salary expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain and update candidate databases, reports, and recruitment trackers
• Develop strong professional relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and retention
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in IT technologies and job market conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job openings
