About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 5 to 8 years of end-to-end technology hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sourcing and closing niche and senior-level IT roles across full-stack development, cloud, data, QA, and product functions. The candidate will drive the complete recruitment lifecycle for our in-house technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, evaluation, interview coordination, offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand JD, skill requirements, and project timelines.
• Source top talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and stability.
• Handle niche and high-demand technology positions effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and panel discussions.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Manage multiple open positions with tight deadlines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Skills & Expertise Required

Strong hiring experience for a wide range of IT roles including (but not limited to):

• Python Full Stack Developers
• ReactJS / Frontend / Full Stack Developers
• Cloud Technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Scrum / Agile roles
• QA Engineers (Manual & Automation)
• Android / Mobile / App Full Stack Developers
• Product Managers
• Solution Architects
• Data Engineers / Machine Learning Engineers. Technical understanding of modern IT stacks is essential for effective screening and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 5 to 8 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience.
• Candidates from Insurance industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
