Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Sourcing with a proven track record in strategic recruiting, sourcing and/or candidate engagement.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and techniques, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft messages that drive high response rates.
Ability to conduct deep research, analyze market trends, and deliver data-driven sourcing reports and insights.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track, manage, and report candidate pipelines.
Demonstrates organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in managing candidate relationships and recommending effective recruitment strategies.
Track record of success in creatively solving challenges related to bringing top talent for key hiring roles.
