IT Recruiter Intern

We’re looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate IT Recruiter Interns (Female Candidates Preferred) to join our growing team in Indore. About the Role:

As a Recruiter Intern, you’ll gain real-world experience in end-to-end recruitment, working closely with seasoned HR professionals and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Source and screen candidates for various IT roles (Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support documentation
• Assist with employer branding and candidate engagement
• Participate in on-boarding support activities

Who Can Apply:

• Female candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with MS Office, Google Sheets, and job portals
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
• Available to work full-time, on-site in Indore
