Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Utilize recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS platforms to source top talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and technologies to improve recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably in contract staffing.
Solid understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and industry hiring trends.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and internal ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
