Role & responsibilities Ideal Role Expectation We are looking for an IT Recruiter who can take ownership of our talent acquisition needs and serve as a crucial link in building high-performing technical teams. You will manage both internal recruitment and external (contractual) IT staffing requirements, aligning with our companys goals and values. Leading the Function Enhance Recruitment Effectiveness: Implement best practices and modern sourcing tools. Process Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and dashboards. Collaborative Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring. Subject Matter Expertise: Guide managers and clients on recruitment strategies. Self-Development: Stay updated on recruitment trends and participate in development programs. How We Expect You To Do It? Organized Process Management: Manage recruitment workflows and reporting. Proactive Candidate Engagement: Ensure efficient candidate movement through hiring stages. Effective Communication: Handle interactions through in-person and virtual modes. Driven & Accountable: Take ownership of hiring targets and timelines. Continuous Monitoring & Escalation: Report progress and issues promptly. Creative Sourcing: Use diverse channels to source and engage candidates. Process Compliance: Follow company SOPs and ensure policy adherence. Preferred candidate profile 3 years of IT recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented. Familiar with ATS tools, job portals, and MS Office.
