Role & responsibilities Recruitment lifecycle management: • Develop and implement effective IT recruiting strategies. • Write and post compelling technical job descriptions. • Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and tech events. • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Manage the interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes. • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires. Market and trend analysis: • Stay current on IT industry trends, technologies, and market conditions. • Analyze job requirements to better advise clients on their hiring needs. • Use this knowledge to build a robust and relevant candidate pipeline. Administrative and reporting: • Maintain accurate candidate and client information in an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress. Skills and qualifications • Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. • Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
