🧩 Position Overview You will manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles within India , partnering closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates. 📌 Core Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements & define job specifications Craft and publish job postings across portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), social media, internal databases, and referrals Source candidates via online channels and proactive headhunting Screen CVs / applications; perform initial phone/video interviews to assess skills & cultural fit Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and track progress Manage offer negotiations, facilitate closing, and guide onboarding Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future staffing needs Provide progress reports and metrics to management Show more Show less
