IT Recruiter

About Position:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for IT roles across the organization.

Mission-Critical Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Strong knowledge of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the hiring lifecycle.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up with candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 6-day working environment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Male Candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
