• Experience in Bulk-hiring for

  Canada geography

  , candidate should have good knowledge on Visas, Tax Terms, recruitment cycle, technologies.
• Extensive experience in “self-sourcing” using

  Job Portals and social media

  (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)
• Extemely good with boolean searches and should have prior experience working on

  Job portals

  like Monster / Dice.
• Experience working on

  ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

  .
• Extremely good at stakeholder management.
• Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual.
• Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
• Good at reactive & proactive recruitment.
• Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
• Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
• Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into “hiring numbers”.
• Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions.
• Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire.
• Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
