IT Project Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing ERP & eCommerce integration projects from planning to execution. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will oversee system integrations, API implementations, and data workflows, as well as coordinate between business teams, developers, and QA for smooth execution. It will be your duty to identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure successful project delivery while ensuring Agile/Scrum methodologies are followed for efficient project execution. Additionally, you will monitor system performance post-integration and drive continuous improvements. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Odoo, etc. Expertise in eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc. is also required. A proven track record in API-based integrations & system automation is essential, as well as experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are a must. Possession of PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification would be a plus.
