We are looking for immediate joiners Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist with strong communication skills to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, analyzing performance, and effectively communicating insights and plans across teams to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages to meet KPIs. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting ads and landing pages. Provide clear and actionable performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Manage budgets and track spend to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in managing PPC campaigns with measurable success. Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC tools. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data and strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with SEO and broader digital marketing principles is a plus.
