IT Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects related to Web/APP/Software development. Your responsibilities will include: - Testing new developments and updates for Web/APP/Software - Coordinating with teams to track updates and changes in Web/APP/Software - Creating tasks based on project requirements and testing bugs - Collaborating with the developer team to assign and update tasks - Managing task management software such as Trello - Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise - Learning and training employees as per project requirements - Ensuring that client needs are met throughout the project evolution - Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information - Breaking down projects into manageable actions with set timeframes - Liaising with clients to determine requirements, scope, and objectives - Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management - Acting as the primary point of contact and communicating project status to all participants - Utilizing tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures - Issuing all necessary legal paperwork, such as contracts and terms of agreement - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports - Conducting quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met In addition to your responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this position should possess the following skills: - Deep logical thinking skills - Strong writing abilities - Good technical proficiency - Excellent coordination and communication skills Qualifications required for this role include: - BE in Computer Engineering - BE in IT - MScIT Training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge in project coordination.
