As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving sales of our software products and IT solutions. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals passionate about technology and sales, whether youre starting your career or building on a few years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Understand and promote the company’s software products and IT solutions. Identify potential clients through market research, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support in coordination with the support team. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools. Participate in client meetings (virtual or on-site) and tech events when required. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, feedback, and product positioning. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Good understanding of IT/software products and the ability to explain technical features in simple terms. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidate profile
