IT Operations Manager / Executive

As an Operations Manager, you will lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive environment. You will be responsible for setting up and implementing career development plans for all direct reports and resolving problems efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing timely data collection to update operations metrics for achieving productivity targets, reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors, and ensuring excellent customer service. - Collaborating with cross-functional support teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems. - Working closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance of activities. - Overseeing materials and inventory management. - Conducting budget reviews and reporting cost plans to upper management. To qualify for this role, you need to have: - A degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, Diploma). - At least 2 years of proven experience in an operations management position. - Excellent delegation skills while maintaining organizational control over branch operations and customer service. - Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation. - Knowledge of general business software and the ability to learn new applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
