IT Support Manager / Executive

As an Operations Manager, your role will involve leading, motivating, and supporting a large team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment. You will be responsible for setting up and implementing career development plans for all direct reports and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics for achieving productivity targets, reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors, and providing excellent customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems. - Collaborate with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance with regulations. - Supervise materials and inventory management. - Conduct budget reviews and present cost plans to upper management.
