Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Operations & Asset Management Executive to manage IT assets, coordinate with vendors, support endpoint systems, and assist with day-to-day office IT and administrative operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on system support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track
IT assets
including laptops, servers, and networking devices
Maintain
asset inventory
, tagging, and lifecycle records
Coordinate with
vendors and service providers
for:

AMC contracts
Software subscriptions
Hardware services and renewals

Perform
OS installation and configuration
for laptops and endpoint systems
Configure and maintain
end-user systems
, including security and basic software setup
Provide IT support for
office administration activities
Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
Ensure timely resolution of IT operational issues

Required Skills

Experience in
IT asset management
Basic understanding of
hardware, servers, and networking devices
Hands-on experience with
OS installation and endpoint configuration
Good coordination skills with
vendors and internal teams
Basic troubleshooting and user support skills
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills

Experience handling
AMC and subscription-based services
Familiarity with
asset tracking tools or spreadsheets
Exposure to
IT support in office environments
