Job Description

Assists the IT manager in day to day execution ofIT related matters in a SMC. Works on Infrastructure projects and ensures theyare in-line with BSMs standards and policies and provides management withlatest information in making IT initiatives a business enabler.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensures all SMC office hascontinuous connectivity to BSM applications, Vendor systems on a 24*7 basiswith limited downtimes. Ensures all IT systems are maintained in regularintervals and downtimes are properly planned in advance to enable only minimaldisruption to business.

Assists IT manager in talking tovendors and procuring IT equipment for the SMC

Resolve day to day IT issues inthe SMC and assist users on round a clock basis

Support IT manager in managingthe local IT budgets if needed

Work on standalone IT projects asand when directed by IT manager or the TDC management
Requirements
Education & Qualifications :

BA/BS in computer science related field orequivalent experience

A Masters in Computer Science will be an addedadvantage

Work Experience :

3- 4 years experience working hands-on experience in hardware, inventory Management, ticketing etc
