IT / Non IT Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time, Remote role for an IT/Non-IT Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. They will also develop recruitment strategies, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
• Linkedin sourcing expertise
• Mid to Senior level Sourcing
• Skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
