Role Overview

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for

    IT roles

    (developers, testers, support engineers, analysts, etc.) and

    Non-IT roles

    (operations, admin, sales, customer service, manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and campus drives.

2. Bulk / Mass Hiring

  • Lead large-volume hiring for entry-level and mid-level positions.
  • Coordinate walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
  • Screen high volumes of candidates quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage group discussions, initial assessments, and first-round interviews.

3. Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic/video/face-to-face interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring panels and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain applicant tracking and update recruitment dashboards.
  • Handle offer negotiations (CTC, joining dates, etc.).
  • Ensure documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 15+ years of experience

    in recruitment (IT & Non-IT), including

    bulk/mass hiring

    .
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced hiring drives.
  • Good knowledge of assessment and selection methodologies.
